Will my envelopes really be hand-written, or is it a computer-generated font?

Our robots hold real blue-ink pens and physically scribe onto each envelope.

What is the turn-around time for orders?

This depends on the order. For customers who provide us with their own lists and only need mail, the turnaround time is 5-7 days. Full service data & mail customers will be quoted a timeframe during their sales process as it will depend on the complexity of the data. Please be sure to cite any required timeframe, if applicable.

What type of postage do you use?

We use first class stamps. We don’t believe in bulk postage!

When my mail pieces are complete, do you place my items in the mail or do I?

We highly recommend that we box up your stuffed/sealed/stamped items and ship them all to you so that you can simply unbox and place them in the mail. This way it has your local postmark on it.

Who designs my mailing pieces?

If you already have a designed piece, we are happy to print what you have. If you are starting from scratch, we have templates to get you started and can help you create a mailer that’s just right!

Can you print a two-sided mailing piece for me?

Yep, no problem!

Do I need a PO box for my return address?

Definitely not. In fact, we recommend using a personal versus business address as your return address (if you’re comfortable doing so!). This reinforces to the recipient that this piece mail isn’t your average marketing piece!

I have no idea what criteria to use to create a customer leads list. Can you help me?

Absolutely! We help everyone from the beginning business-owner/investor, up to the most experienced -- and everyone in between. We’ve also made it our bread & butter to use unique and creative ways to create lists of leads who likely aren’t currently receiving marketing from your competitors.

I’m not sure whether my business is right for direct mail, but I’d be interested in hearing more. Can we have an informational conversation?

Absolutely. A lot of business owners overlook mail marketing as an option because of the magnetic pull toward digital marketing such as Google Ads. But direct mail is consistently proven to have more reliable results over the long term that any other marketing channel.
