We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business-to-business sales and expanding our reach across new service verticals. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee business-to-business sales activities, including identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to expand our customer base.
Drive growth by exploring and entering new service verticals, leveraging market research and industry trends to identify potential areas of expansion.
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Develop and implement sales strategies, setting ambitious goals and targets for the team to achieve.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue, and customer acquisition costs, regularly reporting findings to upper management.
Conduct high-value sales meetings and closing calls with key clients, showcasing our products/services, negotiating contracts, and securing deals.
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiate complex deals.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with sales data and utilizing it to drive informed decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of relevant industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
